Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ToxicTuning International website (www.toxictuning.com) or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ToxicTuning International provides the following services:

• Custom ECU remap files (Stage 1, Stage 2, and specialist maps)
• Diesel system solutions including DPF delete, EGR delete, and AdBlue/SCR delete files
• Performance enhancement software including pop & bang maps, launch control, speed limiter removal, and gear shift indicator programming
• Digital downloads (remap files, diagnostic software, documentation)
• Dealer programme and authorised reseller licences

All remap files are custom-written for the specific vehicle details (make, model, year, engine, gearbox) provided by the customer at the time of order. Any inaccuracy in the vehicle details provided may result in an incompatible or non-functional file. ToxicTuning accepts no liability for files rendered unusable by incorrect vehicle information supplied by the customer.

Please read this section carefully before purchasing.

• Off-road and track use only. ECU modifications — including remap files, DPF delete, EGR delete, AdBlue delete, and speed limiter removal — are sold strictly for use in off-road, motorsport, and track environments. They are not for use on public roads unless explicitly permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal compliance is your responsibility. Laws governing vehicle modifications vary significantly between countries and regions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any modifications you make to your vehicle comply with all applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to road traffic laws, vehicle type-approval regulations, and emissions standards.
• Warranty implications. ECU remapping and related modifications will typically void your vehicle manufacturer's warranty, in whole or in part. ToxicTuning accepts no responsibility for any warranty claims denied as a result of our services.
• Insurance. You must inform your motor insurer of any modifications made to your vehicle. Failure to do so may invalidate your insurance policy. ToxicTuning accepts no liability for insurance claims affected by undisclosed modifications.
• Mechanical condition. Increasing engine output places additional stress on mechanical components. You must ensure your vehicle is in good mechanical condition before tuning. ToxicTuning accepts no liability for mechanical failure resulting from pre-existing conditions or inadequate maintenance.

• Order acceptance. All orders are subject to acceptance by ToxicTuning. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where vehicle details cannot be verified or where we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent.
• Pricing. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at the time of order and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
• Payment. Full payment is required before any remap file or digital product is delivered. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payment processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party processor; we do not store your payment card details.
• Currency & conversion. If your bank converts your currency, any exchange-rate costs or fees are your responsibility.

Remap files and digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically within 1–5 business days of order confirmation, subject to the complexity of the requested tune and the accuracy of the vehicle information provided.

ToxicTuning is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or factors outside our control. If you have not received your file within 5 business days, please contact us at admin@toxictuning.com.

We stand behind the quality of our tuning. If you are not satisfied with the results of a remap service, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue through a revision or adjustment.

• Revisions. All remap files come with lifetime revision support as your vehicle evolves. If dyno figures or real-world performance do not meet the targets discussed at the time of order, we will revise the file at no additional cost.
• Refunds. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Because our products are custom-written digital files, we are not obligated to issue a refund once a file has been delivered and written to a vehicle. However, we will issue a full refund where: (a) we are unable to deliver a compatible file for your vehicle, or (b) a material error attributable to us renders the file non-functional and we are unable to resolve it.
• Non-refundable situations. Refunds will not be issued where: (a) incorrect vehicle information was provided; (b) the modification is reversed or not installed; (c) a third party has made further modifications to the ECU file after delivery; or (d) the refund request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, remap files, software, and documentation — is the property of ToxicTuning International or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

Remap files are licensed to you for use on the specific vehicle for which they were written. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, share or resell remap files to any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the underlying calibration data.
• Use our files as a base to create derivative tuning products for commercial purposes.

Authorised dealers are governed by the separate Dealer Agreement and Licence terms agreed at the time of their application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• ToxicTuning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, vehicle damage, or personal injury.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit false vehicle information to obtain a file for a vehicle you do not own or that does not match the details provided.
• Introduce malware, viruses or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
• Harass, abuse or harm our staff, dealers or other customers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately and without notice for any breach of this section.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the territory where ToxicTuning International is registered. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
